Since 2019, I have provided program development, facilitation, and consultation support to organizations, colleges, and universities across the country to build out Health & Wellness programs on their campuses is the gift that keeps on giving! With a combined 10 years of experience in Healthcare Administration and Student Affairs, I'm able to make a thorough needs assessment and offer tangible recommendations for improving programs. I also offer individualized workshops and trainings across a variety of subjects.

Pregnancy & Labor Support (Virtual and In Person)
Since 2015 I have worked with expecting couples and growing families of all kinds. I have experience with first time, teen parents, multiples, VBAC and cesarean. See below for details on what doula support could mean for you!
Unlimited phone/email support
3 prenatal visits in home or hospital setting
Assistance with creating birth plan
Share current, fact based pregnancy, labor and postpartum information
Guided meditation, prenatal yoga, massage for birthing person + up to 2 guests
Present, continuous support from active labor up to 2 hours after delivery
Provide relaxation techniques and assist with body positioning
Chest-feeding support, information and referral, per request
1 postpartum visit in home/hospital
