• Unlimited phone/email support 

• 3 prenatal visits in home or hospital setting

  • Assistance with creating birth plan

  • Share current, fact based pregnancy, labor and postpartum information

  • Guided meditation, prenatal yoga, massage for birthing person + up to 2 guests

• Present, continuous support from active labor up to 2 hours after delivery

  • Provide relaxation techniques and assist with body positioning ​

• Chest-feeding support, information and referral, per request

• 1 postpartum visit in home/hospital ​
